Surgical Collagen
-
A: Our collagen is purified from medical-grade bovine sources using a six-step process with only sterile, injectable-grade USP Purified Water. No aldehydes or harsh chemicals are used. It is depyrogenated to FDA standards, physically cross-linked, highly absorbent, and maintains a low pH for optimal healing.
-
A: Type I collagen supports the body’s natural healing process by facilitating hemostasis, encouraging revascularization and tissue remodeling, reducing inflammation, minimizing pain and scarring, and signaling debris removal.
-
A: A low pH (2.0–3.0) offers key clinical benefits: it promotes angiogenesis, improves tissue oxygenation, reduces protease activity, and helps inhibit the growth of pathogens.
